At Holistic Well-being, my practice is focussed on providing professional women with a tailored approach to therapy in order to resolve a wide range of limiting beliefs, recognising that each and every client is an individual.
By taking into consideration all elements of the whole person – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, I am able to identify and help my clients work on the root cause of the issue, rather than purely assist with managing the symptoms that limiting beliefs can cause
I have 15 years’ experience working within corporate environments – with coaching and pastoral care at the centre of the roles I have undertaken.
For many years I loved my work. I thrived under pressure, enjoyed the ‘wins’ and doing well…
Until I wasn’t.
After being signed off work by my Doctor for workplace burnout, I began to realise that in order to recover and live a life that truly brought me freedom, joy and empowerment, I would have to dig deep.
I needed to work on the unresolved feelings created by traumas earlier in life that I had ignored for too long: failed relationships, family issues and health troubles, to name a few. My confidence and self-worth were at an all-time low. I didn’t love myself. I felt I had failed, was stuck and unable to move forward.
I sought the guidance of holistic therapists and these experiences have brought me great comfort, enabling me to feel confident, empowered, at peace and able to truly love myself.
I was inspired to take this knowledge forward and help other women in the same way.
So I retrained and am now a clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Thought Field Therapist (TfT) and certified Coach.
Using these amazing therapies, I empower professional women who are suffering with limiting beliefs so they can take control and live to their highest potential.
I hold formal qualifications in the following areas:
I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation to better understand your issues and establish your goals – this can be undertaken either over the phone or online via video conferencing call.
Following the initial consultation, I will invite you to meet with me for your first session – either at the practice setting or via an online video conferencing call.
All sessions last approximately 1 hour.
If you attend your session within the practice, you will be welcomed into a safe, relaxing and confidential environment.
I have security and safety measures in place to protect both client and therapist – this includes adherence to COVID19 government guidelines.
I use a GDPR compliant client records system and you will be asked to sign a Declaration Of Consent upon booking your first paid session.
Your personal information will only be used within the provision of therapy and will not be shared with any other person or organisation without your knowledge or permission – unless there is a legal requirement to do so.
